Working with Nerses was exactly what I had hoped for. We first sat down to determine what it is that I’m looking for, including price point, affordability, location, size, and amenities. He showed me several condos that satisfied the list of “wants” I had given him, informed me of similar condos that were in up-and-coming neighborhoods which I didn’t know about, and pointed out details of the property I might otherwise have neglected. He was patient, knowledgeable, and honest, and worked hard to get me the condo I finally set my sights on. He also introduced me to a mortgage broker and lawyer who were amazing. Best of all, the whole process was done with zero pressure, which was a relief. Overall, buying a condo was a much better experience because of Nerses.
